The 8" will give you so much more light gathering
power thats its really not fair to compare it to the other two.
Also keep in mind that for visual, the image scale on the 80 and 110 will be much smaller then the 8, so although plants will be sharp, clear and have great contrast with the refractors, the image will be small.

I have also owned a few C6 ota's. My experience has been that this scope is great for a Vixen Porta mount or Astro-Tech Voyager mount.
But if a cg4 or cg5 will be used, there is nothing the C6 can
do that a C8 can't do better.

C11 vs 12" Dob

For dso's I would go with the dob.
#1 you will have a wider field of view with the dob,
f4.7 vs f10

#2 with dso's, usually low power is the norm so
to me tracking is not as big as if high power planetary
was the goal.

#3 the dob will cool down faster.

I have owned both 12 dobs and c11's,
don't get me wrong I think the c11's are great scopes
I just hate eq mounts, and heavy ones at that.
