The Tax "cuts" are likely Tax Credits and they will go to many who dont even pay taxes which equals welfare (that group will include illegal aliens)

Its not over and hopefully the 1 or 2 republicans and moderate democrats that brokered this abomination will do whats right for the country and vote against it when it comes to the floor...

Obama wasnt given a mandate to implement leftest policies. During the campaign he attempted to deceptively portray himself as a centrist but his actions speak otherwise.. The country remains a center right nation. Unfortunately McCain, by virtue of his propensity to want to cave into the dem's on a lot of issues rather then standing up for his constituency failed to galvanize the base.

Elections have consequences and I think the light is starting to come on for more then a few who voted for the Obamanation. Obama is angry, and his redistribution efforts via the Stimulus and Housing Bailout is born of anger. Its a desire to get even with all the achievers, or however Obama looks at the people who have been successful in this country. He is basically out to punish the rich for being successful and make them feel the pain for having "caused" the misfortunes of the have-nots. In fact it is the rich and the free market which serves as the foundation for job creation. Obama's solution is to expand government and create dependancies on federal resources, which are unsustainable. Its a huge mistake which is mortgaging the future of our country to create the temporary illusion that Obama, the messiah is here to save the down trodden, all the while grabbing as much power as possible to effect changes which will create an enduring socialist system.

Obama is an abysmal failure already. The Market is voting on Obama's policies with its money - it is reflecting a grave lack of confidence in the Stimulus, and efforts to resolve the credit crisis.
