Ok, Richard, here goes. Your posts were quite long and made a lot a points, so I'll try to cover them all. If I miss one, it's not because I meant to do so. Bold are comments made in your post(s).
You said: "Well, that's a flat out lie, and it doesn't surprise me that the left would propagate that lie. Donald Trump has never called "all" news outlets except Fox News as Fake."
You are correct. He did not say "all" media as fake. But he doesn't limit it to CNN. He usually simply refers to "the Fake News Media" and doesn't limit it to a single source. He primarily hates CNN, and he has referred to the Fake News Media including, but not certainly not limited to, ABC, CBS, NBC, NYTimes, and the WashPost. There are hundreds of references to the "the Fake News Media":

and on and on. I could list them here, but do a Google Search. Oh, wait, that's fake, too, based on a false conspiracy theory he now is spreading. So try Bing instead.
The tweets also show he does not limit it to CNN:
"When you see “anonymous source,” stop reading the story, it is fiction!"
....results on “Trump News” are from National Left-Wing Media, very dangerous. Google & others are suppressing voices of Conservatives and hiding information and news that is good. They are controlling what we can & cannot see. This is a very serious situation-will be addressed!"
"The Fake News Media worked hard to get Tiger Woods to say something that he didn’t want to say. Tiger wouldn’t play the game - he is very smart. More importantly, he is playing great golf again!"
"Social Media Giants are silencing millions of people. Can’t do this even if it means we must continue to hear Fake News like CNN, whose ratings have suffered gravely. People have to figure out what is real, and what is not, without censorship!"
"Michaels Cohen’s attorney clarified the record, saying his client does not know if President Trump knew about the Trump Tower meeting (out of which came nothing!). The answer is that I did NOT know about the meeting. Just another phony story by the Fake News Media!"
"Fake News, of which there is soooo much (this time the very tired New Yorker) falsely reported that I was going to take the extraordinary step of denying Intelligence Briefings to President Obama. Never discussed or thought of."
"The Failing New York Times wrote a story that made it seem like the White House Councel had TURNED on the President, when in fact it is just the opposite - & the two Fake reporters knew this. This is why the Fake News Media has become the Enemy of the People. So bad for America!"
"Google search results for “Trump News” shows only the viewing/reporting of Fake News Media. In other words, they have it RIGGED, for me & others, so that almost all stories & news is BAD. Fake CNN is prominent. Republican/Conservative & Fair Media is shut out."
"Over 90% approval rating for your all time favorite (I hope) President within the Republican Party and 52% overall. This despite all of the made up stories by the Fake News Media trying endlessly to make me look as bad and evil as possible. Look at the real villains please!"
And on and on. By leaving the definition open of exactly who the "Fake News Media" is, what he's saying is don't believe anything you read about me that is negative, because it is not true, because its from the "Fake News Media". Only believe the conservative media. And the only dominant conservative media is FoxNews that has any major play in the market. And they have the largest share of it.
So, clearly we are both wrong. I was wrong when I said all media. I should have said any media that reports anything negative on the President and that he would rather you not believe. And, besides FoxNews, that's pretty much all of them since there are so many negative stories being reported.
TW, I didn't realize that Donald Trump is the Central Gov't. When did that happen?
It hasn't and I pray to God it doesn't. My reference is to his desire that as the power in charge, he does not want us to consider, much less believe, any media outlets besides the ones who don't criticize him.
You speak of "buying into" the Fox news narrative. There is no narrative there. Fox news compared to CNN, MSNBC, or any other leftist news outlet appears STELLAR in their objectivity.
This is nothing more than your opinion. Do the same as I have done-prove it. On the other hand, it's easy to disprove.
In many cases, FoxNews may report, but emphasize stories in different ways. An excellent example was the story of Cohen's conviction, and the murder of the young women by the illegal alien. Which took top place on the headline that day? A horrible crime committed by an illegal alien that affected a single family in the worst way possible (and who specifically said did not want her death to be politicized), or the guilty plea of the former lawyer of the President, who implicated the President in his crimes? You already know which story was made more prominent on FoxNews. How you present the news is just as important as what you report.
And its not that FoxNew couldn't do a good job reporting the news. But the mix of what is "news" and what is "entertainment" on FoxNews with Hannity, and the other talking heads mixed in with the actual "news" blurs what is "real" news and what is not.
FoxNews' bias is well documented.

At least two reporters have left FoxNews because of the bias. https://www.politico.com/story/2018/08/23/fox-news-reporters-opinion-network-adam-housley-795278
and on and on. To think you actually think FoxNews is fair and balanced shows you've bought their Kool-Aid, and its much stronger than mine.
But I digress. I'm sure that there is nothing I can show you will convince you that FoxNews is biased. But others more inclined to be open minded who may follow this thread may be.
Challenge for you: which main anchor on CNN is a right winger? Please name him or her, and I'm not speaking about the opinion players on CNN. I'm speaking of the NEWS anchors. You do understand the difference correct?
I don't have cable/Satellite any more and rarely watch over the air and never watch news on TV. I don't watch CNN, FoxNews, CBS, ABC, or NBC news. So I can't play along. But as I state above, FoxNews blurs the line on what is news and what is not. What news I do receive comes from the multiple outlets, including FoxNews for a different viewpoint. I try not to believe any single source.
When I did have satellite and access to FoxNews, I would sometimes for fun turn to the channel and start a timer (this was when Obama was President). I timed how long it would take for a negative story-line to appear about Obama when the channel came on. Many times, it already was broadcasting a piece that was negative right off the bat. But rarely did the clock tick past the 30 second mark. I know, not scientific, but it was fun to do.
Now lastly, the "media" in this nation do not OWN Free speech Gerald. Donald Trump has every right to criticize their lies, innuendo, and untruths about him and his actions. Just because he was elected President and the leftist media can't handle that fact, he doesn't give up his right to defend himself from those lies.
Of course, I agree with you. But the majority of the time, what the President claims as lies is nothing more than the truth that puts him in a bad light. In the media, sure, they get it wrong sometimes. But they get it right, much more often than they get it wrong, and to state that "it's all Fake News" by "all the liberal media" without specifics is an attempt to deflect the negative stories that are true just as much as it is defending himself against stories that are not.
Here is an inconvenient FACT for you and the other leftists here Gerald. He isn't a dictator. IF he were he would arrest the Press that attacks him daily, or he would have them silenced. He would throw the corrupt Bob Mueller and his merry band of corrupt Democrats in jail.
Of course he can't do that or even the spineless GOP members in Congress who won't currently criticize him would have to impeach him or face the wrath of voters back home in the next election. But if he would if he get away with it, he would. He knows (and has been advised) that getting rid of Mueller, an honorable and highly respected Republican, would likely result in his impeachment, as would silencing the press, so he does the next best thing he can-try to discredit them to lessen their influence. That's all he can do.
I just don't understand why these leftists like Gerald use deception when describing themselves.
Just as I don't understand why you stand behind your anonymity and won't reveal exactly who you are. If I was deceptive, it certainly was not intentional.
Ok, here's who I am, which is easily verifiable unlike yourself. My ancestors came over as early as 1628 to this country, and who fought in every war up to Korea. They fought for the union but also owned slaves. I've lived in the same house for 32 years, I have a post graduate degree, ran a small business where I paid likely millions in taxes over the last 40 years, employed others at a fair wage and benefits that provided them with a good living (one has worked for me 36 years). Never been on welfare or receive any government loan or help, never cheated anyone, never didn't pay my debts, been married to the same women over 42 years. Own my own home, don't owe any debts or mortgage on my home, put two wonderful kids through college, and both have excelled in life and provided 4 wonderful grandkids. I wish there wasn't a need for it, but believe in the death penalty, although it shouldn't take half a lifetime to enforce it and there needs to be a method to insure defendants actually get a fair trial and representation. I am opposed to providing incentives for unmarried mothers to have children, but believe those in need that honestly need help should get it and also get help in getting out of the economic black hole they likely were born into through no fault of their own. I hate thieves and deadbeats, but understand that those born in poverty are hard pressed to escape it. I liked the IRA before the radicals got control of it as it today and hate that they oppose any controls of guns at all, as I think some reasonable controls are needed. I hate assault rifles and see no need for them but I don't believe in banning all guns. I voted for Reagan and he was the last Republican that got my vote, and likely the last that ever will with the hard turn to the right the GOP has taken. I would probably be called a moderate before that happened, but now, compared to someone like yourself, I'm probably seen as a leftest, although I don't see myself that way at all.
I don't like governmental regulations that serve no purpose other than to make businesses spend money to comply. On the other hand, I think natural resources and monuments should be preserved for our descendants and not opened up so the oil industry can frack the hell some of the most beautiful land in the world, and believe that some industries need regulation to protect us from monopolies or harm (such as Facebook as an example of a monopoly or the airline industry as an example of safety). I believe the health industry is corrupt with mostly corrupt politicians, primarily Republicans but also some Democrats, who have opposed any regulation to keep prices for drugs and services fair. I paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in health premiums being self employed my entire life, and until the ACA, premiums went up 20-25% every single year. The year it passed, they went down 20%, although at my income levels, I did not benefit from any subsidy. And for the first time, it covered my pre-existing conditions-something now in jeopardy for those under 65 because of the repeal of the mandatory requirement-God help those under 65.
And, regardless of how you want to tag me, I love this country, and the people in it. But I hate the division. I hate to see rallies where violence against those opposed to their views are promoted, or where the press is singled out as the "enemy of the people." I hate taxes, but realize if we don't want our infrastructure to collapse, it is a necessary evil of a civilized and modern society and I am willing to pay my fair share. I hate war but realize that there are those that hate us so and we need to protect ourselves within reason. I hate the increasing wealth of those who don't pay their fair share of taxes while putting that burden on those who make much less.
I am adamantly opposed to the thinking that just because I'm white, I am entitled to anything more than anyone else of any other race or creed.
I wish we all could get along, and treat each other with respect and not try to make combat out of every disagreement or different opinion. Working together, we have and can continue to be the greatest country on earth. Fighting among ourselves can only destroy us.
So, what am I? A leftest? A moderate? Half Republican and half Democrat-you tell me. But I don't fit into the "All Leftest" category you put me in.
OH good grief, so when you told me in Russian, that I needed "mental therapy", that was polite?
Some of your posts are clearly over the top. But, I agree, it was not polite. When someone accuses me of hating this country or being a leftest nutjob, I reacted a bit over the top as well because that is pretty offensive, but I apologize. I'll try to stick to the facts from now on and not keep emotions out of it, no matter how offensive your posts may be.
If I missed something, let me know. If so, it was not intentional.
