Haven't used the 19mm, but I did compare my 24mm Pan in a TV barlow with my 11mm TV plossl and I liked the view in the Pan/Barlow combo better.

There is actually a review of these on the other site. They are the same as the Eclipse and Agena ep's, but not the same as the QX. Don't know about the Burgess. Got a pretty good review though.
