The judiciary is notoriously slow at intervening and not designed to contain an asshole like Trump - no, he is literally not a physical asshole, it's a pejorative.

And the wearing of face masks certainly blocks accountability.  Who are these guys?   Do they have their name on their chest? Do they report to some chain of command? They can't even get their uniforms straight.  Police.   ICE.   Government Agent.  ERO (what is that, even?) are emblazoned on their backs as they wear and carry a variety of Camo gear and tactical equipment that anyone can buy at 1 000 gun stores. Meal team six.  

As for the 4th amendment - ICE has gone door to door in apartment buildings in Chicago.  There's no probable cause in that case.  And the most obvious and egregious violation is the complete lack of judicial warrants.  They just grab someone - like the 17 year old at the Walmart and disappear him into a van, releasing him miles away.  They also grab people in court buildings as they exit immigration hearings.  No warrants, of course.  I can't begin to list all the violations of the 4th they have done - I haven't time.  Unreasonable search and seizure indeed.

And I'll repeat myself:  A lot of very bad shit has gone down in history while reasonable men told everyone not to panic.
