Update: I have determined that the internal reflection artifacts are indeed caused by the use of the IDAS LPS filter. Either it is not well coated or perhaps the final element of the corrector does not have a good antireflection coating. I removed the IDAS LPS and saw no more artifacts.

The TV-60mm APO is sharp as a tack and is very very portable. The helical focuser is easy to use. Very light weight. I have compared it against a WO 66APO and it wins hands down when you go above 100X.
