Copernicus Region

Posted By Richard Bosman

Hi Guys,
just loved to capture the moon ( so more of this list !), so here a image from yesterday, get early out my bed.
Here a full size from Copernicus region, the sun angel was very low.
Normaly I use my 3x barlow, but the seeing did not alow this, so I use a 2.5 x and the same set-up, C11, red filter, ATK-2HS

Kindly regards Richard

Mare Frigoris

Posted By Richard Bosman

Hi all,

In Europe we have strange weather last month and we are glad if we see the bleu sky.
So even on the night on the 25 januari, just afther sunset.
Not the best seeing but I was able the do something .....afther a weather break.
Wild traffic(down-town city) give me sometime a headache.
So I have made this image, Mare Frigoris

Saturn Seeliger Effect(?) 2007/2/8

Posted By Richard Bosman

Hi all, nice to see that we have clear skies here in West-Europe and freezing temperature.
That's ok, that remind us the it is winter.
The night from the 8 feb. it was cold and we have clear skies and we can see the Seeliger Effect(I Think).
