If we (you) folks spend so much time and $ on improvements and alterations, why not just build a scope from scratch and have it the way you want it from the start?
Why buy "commercial" if it needs so much changing? My last three have been built at home from the bottom up (with Spooner mirrors) and are good when completed.

At 5782 posts you only have 218 to go for 6000! A new Amart record for sure. Jam in a few more so you make it yet in 2004!... 8)
