Got it.
I thought you guys were critical of those who used the "Whatabout this....." response?
You have no response to the fact that there is a double standard in the Wash. D.C. Legal system, so the bunch of you gravitate to "whatabout Jan 6th".
Here's the problem for you.
Virtually 600 people perhaps more who were in the Capitol that day who were Trump supporters have all been charged.
Many only trespassed, just as the Colbert people did, but they were jailed, and threatened with prison time, unlike the Colbert people.
Or did every one of those people ( Trump supporters) charged, Attack cops? I can educate you that bunches of them didn't attack cops.
MOST of the 600 or more who were charged did NOT attack cops, nor did they destroy property, yet they were charged with Crimes while Colbert people who more than once entered the Capitol Bldg and were escorted out, in violation of the police orders to leave and not come back in, did not get charged by the DA.
Can you explain why?
I can, they were Hollywood liberal Democrats so they got a pass. They were all babbling Biden supporters.
When the Trump supporters pleaded guilty to parading and trespassing, many got jail time.
Many are still in the D.C. Jail and they have been there for more than a year, for "Parading" and "Trespassing".
There is a difference, and that's due to their political affiliation.
John Brennan and James Clapper Both lied to Congress. It is on tape in their testimony, under oath, and yet they are walking free.
Michael Flynn had his life destroyed, he lost his house because he lied to the FBI.
Contrarily Andrew McCabe, former acting head of the FBI was charged with the same crime as Flynn and he didn't lose his house.
He actually kept his pension.
Yeah the difference is there, its obvious to any honest individual.
Huh? Whataboutism? No, I'm agreeing with you that the two events are equivalent. I posted the pics to prove it, too.
