New Synta EQ-6 goto mountPosted By George Mavromates |
Synta is advertising it's new goto EQ-6 (atlas) mount on their Canadian site. As of yet there is no $$ price on it. I am sure Orion will soon have it. May be a close G11 capable goto?? here is their URL: www.skywatchertelescope.com

EQ-6 GotoPosted By George Mavromates |
Has anyone bought or tried out the new Synta E-q6 Goto? Rumor has it that it won't be sold in the USA. I am suprised Orion won't carry it. Looks like it costs around $1400-1500 Canadian

New 127 and 155mm Ed Refractors from AntaresPosted By George Mavromates |
I saw an add at a Canadian dealer's web site that Antares came out with low priced ED refractors. The price was about $550 Canadian for a 127 ED. Are these scopes really ED? Here is the URL: http://www.khanscope.com/productdetails.cfm?productID=1168
It is fom a respectable dealer's we site.
