it took me all of 2 minutes to prove one of your recent lies whereby you claimed that "Nobody said anything that I claimed they said" when YOU in fact were the one who claimed the economy was ruined because of Trump's tariffs.
James Lacey on May 9,2025 in responding to another leftist hysteric, Russ Carroll who claimed that a 10% tariff was a big deal to which you stated:
James Lacey said: "Trump says he'll announce pharmaceutical tariffs soon, in the proverbial Trump speak of "two weeks," he will impose these new tariffs. At this rate, he will quickly run out of ways to destroy the economy, as if prescription medications are not expensive enough already. I wonder if drug shortages and even higher costs will finally change the minds of his supporters?"
So which is your lie James, the one above where you claimed that the world was ending, drug shortages were going to be occurring, and drug costs would increase because of the Trump tariffs, or the LIE that you just said within the last 10 minutes claiming you never said that?
You lie so often James and so prolifically it is hard to fathom, and then you make your ridiculous claims that you never said what you said.
Do you want me to provide you with 200 more instances of you lying and getting hysterical about Trump? Should take me all of another 20 seconds.
We've explained this several times now: it's not a lie. When the post was made, Trump was actively threatening to impose crippling and onerous tariffs. These threats were taken seriously by the markets, businesses, and policymakers. In the end, he backed down.
Trying to portray Trump's tariff policies as consistently aggressive and uncompromising while ignoring how often he reversed himself isn't an honest representation. A significant reason the worst predictions didn't come true is that Trump changed course when the market reacted badly, especially when the bond market became shaky and after business leaders pushed back and urged the White House to reconsider.
The bottom line is this. You're leaving out important context to make a cheap rhetorical point, and this is neither a fair nor an accurate representation of what happened in real time.
