So then IF Donald Trump's admin claimed an insurrection why does that bother you?  You STILL lie every second about Jan. 6 and say it was a day of insurrection.

It matters whether or not the Trump administration called them insurrectionists or not, because you seemed to be unaware that they had.

If the Capitol attack on January 6th, which included many people who intended to disrupt and overturn a free and fair election, is not an insurrection, then nothing is an insurrection. The Joint Chiefs of Staff referred to it as an insurrection on January 12th. Mitch McConnell called it a "failed insurrection" that was incited by then-President Trump. Hundreds of experts and media sources have called it an insurrection, and many of them are not left-leaning. Congress impeached Trump for inciting an insurrection. Only lying right-wing whackos like yourself, who are incapable of seeing Trump's desire for authoritarian rule, still want to nitpick and make minor and unnecessary distinctions regarding whether or not January 6th was an insurrection or not.

The best way to prevent people from pointing out your lack of self-awareness is to work on recognizing your flaws, learning to take constructive criticism, and improving your emotional regulation. I've read that another reason this matters is that without CDC recommendations and guidelines for vaccines, insurance companies are less likely to cover certain vaccines, which will further reduce vaccine compliance.

Estimated cost for this "show" deployment: 134 million. You can add that to the 45 million for Trump's upcoming birthday/military parade....

It's particularly ridiculous since he whole LA crisis is entirely unnecessary and manufactured by Trump and his cronies. There was no reason to go to LA in a downright clumsy and bungling way. It does not take an expert to understand that ICE would be met with protests and resistance if they came into a majority Latino immigrant city like LA and carried out military-style workplace raids. And then ramping up the rhetoric by federalizing and deploying the National Guard, and then threatening the use of active duty Marines against civilians, and threatening to arrest the Governor of the state and the mayor of the city? It's just reckless.

6'1" 198 pounds, which is a BMI of 26.1, but I strength train 4-5 days a week, do cardio 3 days a week, and participate in a lot of other physical activities. I'm wearing 34-inch waist jeans, and they are loose. If I weighed any less, I'd be a bean pole. BMI calculators are crap.

BMI is a crap statistic. LeBron James has a BMI of 27 and is technically considered overweight according to the BMI scale. In his prime, Mike Tyson had a BMI of almost 30. Tom Brady was around 27.4, only a few points away from being obese. Please feel free to call any of them fat to their faces. Your small-fry status is not a flex, and it's not surprising that you also have small-man syndrome.

BOSTON (WHDH) - Boston Mayor Michelle Wu outlined some of the steps her office is taking to push back on Trump administration policies on Tuesday, especially on immigration enforcement.

President Donald Trump and Border Czar Tom Homan continue to complain about what they call "Boston’s Sanctuary City policies," they say they interfere with immigration enforcement.

"I’m coming to Boston, I’m bringing hell with me," said Homan.

Wu hit back in a hearing in D.C.

"Shame on him for lying about my city," said Wu. Wu continued to hit back on Tuesday.

"My advice to Tom Homan and ICE is to take a timeout. Reassess what you are doing and how you are doing it," said Wu. "A little friendly advice from the safest major city in the country."

This action is just dumb, but not surprising since right-wing MAGA-types seem to be unable to see the world as anything other than black and white. It doesn't matter under what circumstances the immigrants got here; the laws and practices we have in place today allowed it to happen. So, mindlessly deciding to enforce those laws in a draconian and punitive manner is just dumb. Our economy depends on immigrant workers, whether they are here legally or not. Trump should be working hard to pass immigration reform, instead of demonizing immigrants to fulfill a campaign promise and pretend he is a strong leader.
