Did I miss it?  Did I miss the posting you started joining in solidarity with the mother of Rachel Morin a mother of 5 who was RAPED, BEATEN, and MURDERED by another illegal alien that Joe Biden let into this country?

Maybe you started a thread whereby you got on here when you heard about the tragedy of Laken Riley a young nursing student down south who was RAPED, BEATEN, and MURDERED by another illegal alien let into the country by Joe Biden?  

If so, can you please point me to your responses where you fought as vigilantly for any of them as you are right now fighting for this MS13 gang member?

You are the one who claimed "chequeo" was a rank. All I was doing was pointing out that it means initiate, and that the evidence that Garcia was or is an MS13 gang member is circumstantial at best. He's never been convicted of any crime, much less a gang-related crime.

You know, it's pretty amazing how you can throw up an endless barrage of strawmen, and then claim I'm under some obligation to defend myself against them. I know this will be difficult for you to understand because subtlety and nuance are not something you seem to grasp too well. However, you can support constitutional protections and due process, and still not be supportive of the actions or crimes someone has been accused of committing. That duality is, in a way, the backbone of our entire legal system. I think the real question here is, why are you and other right-wing MAGA types so eager to trample one of the cornerstones of our legal system?

It was stopped by the one court that sided with him, saying that if he went back to El Salvador, he may be in jeopardy of harm by a RIVAL GANG so they gave him a pass.

Now, the gang that was supposed to be the reason that he wasn't deported NO LONGER EXISTS, and therefore he has no reason to be in fear of being harmed by them now does he?

How many times does he need to go to court?  Tell us all.

How many times does he need to go to court? As many times as necessary to ensure his right to due process is not violated.

I'm sorry that you cannot understand that he was deported illegally. Whether you agree with it or not, he was under the protection of a court order preventing his deportation. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it's not a valid court order. For crying out loud, Rich, even the SC has told the Trump administration what they did was wrong.

What the hell is wrong with you? The absence of criticism doesn't automatically translate to support or approval. Silence doesn't always mean agreement. First, we are not bleeding hearts for criminal illegals. That's a straw man that you keep repeating.

Second, you can't seem to understand that none of us has any particular fondness for Garcia. Instead, it's the fact that in Trump's zeal to show off his ability to deport people, he violated this specific man's rights. The funny thing is, I even remember subject matter experts predicting this would happen, because ICE was moving forward recklessly.

Lastly, I urge you and all right-wing MAGA-heads to keep embracing the word tariff, the most beautiful word in the dictionary. The inflation, reduced economic activity, and empty shelves caused by Trump's trade wars will serve you well in the next election.
