Only Republican opposition has protected our gun rights. The Dems wish they could do more. A lot more. If  you can't see that I can't take you seriously.

If the two newest judges would have been liberals the outlook for guns would be different.

I watched a segment about the border patrol on television recently, whereby a border patrol agent was standing on the border between Mexico and the US, and the only barrier was a civil war style snake rail fence.  The agent commented that there was hundreds of miles of this type of fencing, dividing the 2 nations.  It was pretty appalling.

Anyone could simply walk over the fence and be in the USA.

So then a vehicle could be waiting and tons of fentenyl laced drugs would simply be loaded up,  and it is off to the races for the drug dealer.

That's ok though because Nancy Pelosi doesn't allow illegal drugs into her neighborhood.

She keeps those drug dealers out of her area, because she has a fence that doesn't let them in.
"...anyone could simply walk..."

There are still dems pretending they want a secure border.

I think the economy would take a big hit if the price of fuel doubled. A lot of people would lose their jobs.

Do you think doubling the price of fuel would cost some jobs, but that helping the environment is more important than the jobs lost?

See the border problem. Spend some money, fix the problem.
How are you going to fix the school problem?

It is more typical of the left to do something even if it is wrong. Do something disease. A bad answer is not better than no answer.

It's pretty f*d up that parents enrolling their children have to ask what our protocol is in case of an active shooter. It's pretty f*d up that parents have to have these kinds of fears for thier children. Where The Money Will Come From For Wall President

Maybe they should tear down 50 mile sections of the wall in San Diego and El Paso. It could be a good demonstration that the wall truly is immoral and certainly not needed.

Most schools have outdoor areas, short of turning all schools into walled compounds, a metal detector only protects the children to a certain extent inside the building, and that's only if an active shooter can be stopped. We (probably) don't have to worry about one of our students losing it as our student body is young and we serve the Scottsdale (mostly liberal, upper middle class) clients. The fact remains that if someone wanted to harm our students, a metal detector won't stop them.
The reality is Pandora's box is open in terms of guns. New gun control measures are not going to solve this either, at least not anytime soon. The real problem in this country is our cultural tendency towards violent reaction when shit doesn't go our way. The current president does not help this, nor do the ultra conservatives right wing pundits the inflame the nut jobs.
What nonsense to say Trump is the real problem. Your politics are overwhelming your logic. Reading again you are putting more blame on tendency to violence. that is better.

Out more than 200,000,000 people, a handful of people decide to shoot school kids. But wait!! That guy we elected for president, I don't think he is helping!! You make everything political. It isn't.
