Trump's "My Pillow" Guy Pitches Plant Tx For Covid19

Please don't take this "drug".  anyone.   From Wikipedia....

Although oleander has been used in traditional medicine for treating various disorders, there is no evidence that it is safe or effective for any medicinal purpose.[1] Due to its considerable toxicity, use of oleander or its constituents, such as oleandrin, is regarded as unsafe and potentially lethal.[1] Use of oleander may cause contact dermatitis, headache, nausea, lethargy, and high blood levels of potassium, with symptoms appearing within a few hours of ingestion.[1]

In August 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, American politicians mentioned using oleandrin as a dietary supplement for potential treatment of the disease, but these claims were widely regarded by scientists as dubious, misleading, and alarming, having no clinical proof of safety or effectiveness.[28][29]

My point, poorly made, was that unconscionable billions are made by guys who already have unconscionable billions and that, due to whatever quirk of the market, these huge gains are during the heart of the pandemic..

I guess them that's got shall get....

Trump: Boycott Goodyear!

Lost in the noise is the fact that Goodyear banned Biden hats also.....

From a company statement: "“refrain from workplace expressions in support of political campaigning for any candidate or political party....".

This means that the ban also applies to hats and T-shirts supporting Democratic nominee Joe Biden.

Goodyear said that the policy was not meant to delineate acceptable political viewpoints from unacceptable ones but to foster “an inclusive and respectful workplace.”

Do You Think Donald Will Pay Up?

Posted By David Cotterell

FTFA:

"In his decision this week, Judge Robert Broadbelt III ruled that Clifford was entitled to legal fees, finding her the "prevailing party" under California law, despite the case having been dismissed.

Broadbelt also rejected an argument by Trump's attorneys that the President was not liable for the fees because he had not signed the NDA.

"In his decision, Broadbelt wrote that since Trump had reimbursed Cohen for the $130,000 payment to Clifford, and since the Trump legal team had earlier argued that a defamation suit filed against the President by Clifford should be handled by an arbitrator per the NDA, the President was effectively a party to the agreement."

So Trump has to pay because there was an NDA between the parties plus this "prevailing party" thing.  It seems that California law mandates the ruling.  NOT because the judge made up some shit to 'get' Trump....

Trump's lawyers argued there wasn't an NDA, and that there was an NDA which would lead to an arbitrator...  At the same time.
