When did home prices skyrocket? During the pandemic in the "Trump years," primarily due to plunging interest rates and limited inventory. And when did interest rates go up? When the Fed raised the benchmark interest rate in March of 2022 for the first time to try and fight pandemic-related inflation. They didn't raise it earlier because they didn't want to cause more hardship since unemployment was so high. And don't forget Trump's tariffs on Canadian lumber, which certainly didn't help home prices stay low. But mainly, stuff costs more due to supply chain disruptions due to the pandemic. The point is that most of what has caused the housing market to be tough has almost nothing to do with the Biden administration. It's caused mainly by the pandemic and some bad decisions by Trump. The good news is that inflation is back down to a manageable rate, and the Fed is cutting rates.

By the way, "The Atlantic" is rated as "Skews left with primarily fact-based analysis and some opinion." American Greatness" is rated as "Selective or incomplete opinion with unfair persuasion or outright propaganda." When interviewed, those Gold Star families said that in the 3 years since Kamala got their military loved ones killed because of Kamala's self-centeredness, Kamala had never even taken the time to pick up a phone and call them to express thanks for the service that the loved ones whom Kamala got killed, gave to the nation.

They said that she has never even bothered to call them and say "I'm Sorry".

That is the type of dogshit that Kamala Harris is.

Changing the subject and moving the goalposts. Not at all surprising. It's your standard tactic when someone proves you are wrong (again).
