With your "reasoning" above, then no one should ever be justified in criticizing anything going on in the world (outside of cannibalism), because there is always going to be something worse than that issue which one is currently criticizing, i.e. the police state in Australia

Therefore we ALL keep our mouths shut about all issues aside from cannibalism, unless said issue is worse than cannibalism.
