Hi Tom,
I'm bored, so I played around with your image again.
R,G,B re-aligned manually in Photoshop, followed by some iterations of Unsharpmasking & Gaussian blur.
The third image looks overprocessed though..

That's very nice and deep Ron.
I took this M20 from TMSP last saturday night, only 6x30 secs with my TOA130 @ f/7.7 and SXV-H9 camera. No flat and dark frame, I removed some dark pixels with clone tools in Photoshop.
Any suggestion?

Hi Brad,
For imaging bright objects such as planets / moons using the unmodified camera, I don't think you need to apply the dark frame / flat field correction.
btw, which tutorial are you looking at?
