my humble mars of 18 august

Hi all,
Never thought something good to come out of my latest capture, but seeing sometimes fools me. The first 3 avi's were very poor even the ir-image. but then one slipped through, it isn't that great but o well......

Mars 31 august not too bad

Posted By Jan Adelaar

Hi Friends,
Last morning I had some perserverance instead of closing the gear down after the conditions were poor so sleeping for a hour I tried again and conditions improved somewhat say 4-5/10 with only a few good frames in it. The cloud above Arsia mons is faintly to see (if you know wehere)
thanks for looking

First light with my new C9,25

Posted By Jan Adelaar

Hi all,
A bit late due to time constraint, but here is the first capture through the c9 and o boy what a great quality it has, intra-extra focal just about the same

Mars first in terrible seeing conditons later to become low fair, the reason I post the first one is that NPC is pretty large now and prob. showing it's maximum extend at this cm and even in terrible conditions the capture of the line Oxus just down left from Margaritifier Sinus to Oxia Palus, it was thanks to the IR-pass it came through
best regards Jan Adelaar
