Filter for the clones from APM, Burgess ?

Posted By Anders Asp

Hi all !
Does anyone know if there is possible to use nebula filter and sun filter or other filters on the Miyauchi clones From APM and Burgess , I mean the 20x40x/100mm 45 deg. model. I'm thinking of moving to that model from the 25x100 APM model, I relly like the 45 deg. eyepeices, that helps a lot when observing ut at zenith.

Kowa Highlander 32x82 Non Flourite !

Posted By Anders Asp

Hi all !
Does anyone have some useful information or experience of these non- florite version of the Kowa Highlander binos? They are still quite expensive, Do they perform better than than other high-end binos like Fujinon 16x70, Vixen 80-BT. Does the 50x ep's work good with the non-florite version, or is it to much?

Celestrons new 80 and 102mm spottingscope...

Posted By Anders Asp

Hi!
I'am thinking of getting either the new 80mm or the 102mm Celestron spottingscope, how good are they? I will use it as a big finderscope on my Meade Lx10 8" and when i travel. Both scopes 80 and the 102mm are small, compact and lightweighter and they have 2,6* FoV at 20x. Does anyone know the price on these two scopes? Or is there any outher who is better than Celestrons rich field refractor? Any suggestiones!

Kowa Highlä#nder Prominar 82 mm Fluorite prooved a

Posted By Anders Asp

Hi All !
Does any of you know if Kowa is going to make any larger binoculars in the future, like 100,120,150mm objective or so??? The Kowa Highlander is a very nice binocular, so imagen if they made a larger binocular with the same quality as the 32x82 Highlander, that would be awsome.
What do u guys think?
