Beginner. I've been at this about 3 months. Camera: Svbony sv105 (59 bucks). Scope: C14 at F/30 (guestimate). Image capture: 200 frames processed using Sharpcap, Registax 6, and Paint Shop Pro 2019, for software.

Thanks. Triesnecker is the large crater with radiating rilles. The "crack" below is the crater Hyginus and its rille.

You're right! The past couple of months have not been kind to astronomy up here in the mountains. I know it's winter but the past 60 days have been very restrictive. angry

Much more than normal. I need to get some starlight! smile

Cool! I did get some observing in last night. The seeing was about 2" with passing high clouds. Had fun anyway! I played around in my favorite multiple star constellation of Orion. I even looked at some doubles in Lepus. Couldn't do too much deep sky observing with the moon and passing high clouds. M42 still looked good despite the sky brightness. I'm going to "be-bop" around Gemini and Auriga tonight if the high clouds will go away. Not looking good so far sad
