I don't care if they keep the Germans under a proctoscope, but have they moved beyond the Rhine? Is there something the rest of us need to know? Is Jason Borne overseas?

Two reasons to spy on the Germans:

1. To see if they try to make a deal with the Russians for natural gas.
2. To see if Germany, Europe's greatest economic influence, makes any deals with the Russians, Chinese, and other Asian countries to get Europe to switch to another reserve currency away from the U.S. dollar.

No idea, what we might do with that info, but economically it has huge implications.

One should not be so bold as to corrolate the stock market boom to an improved economy. In fact the two are on a divergent path. Most institutional investors who have pumped the market are fleeing equities leaving the low information investor who's leaving the perceived safety of the current low yielding bond market worrying that they'll miss out on ever increasing equities opportunities. The grass is much greener to them. Little do they know they have missed the boat already. They have jumped too late. They will be the ones devastated by the coming market collapse. Set your stops tight gents and ride the wave.

You, my friend need to seriously read the Quran. ISIL is staunchly Islamic and is strictly following the teachings of Mohammed. You can say "Why then is ISIL killing other Muslims?" because under strict Islamic law even failure to pray five times a day makes you an infidel subject to death. ISIL is as Islamic as it gets.
