Wrong. By Mueller saying "we don't have confidence that Trump didn't commit a crime", does not mean he did commit a crime.
So your entire premise is faulty.
Until they can say "Trump DID commit this or that crime", then they don't have enough evidence to say he did commit a crime.
Using your faulty logic, then every human being ACCUSED of committing a crime, but not charged with committing a crime, is guilty.
What a f'ed up legal system that would be.
I guess you don't understand the difference?
It is obvious that you don't get the MOST BASIC premise of the United States Legal System of Justice.
A person is PRESUMED INNOCENT, until convicted in a court of law.
That is SO BASIC that it need not be explained.
I'd hate to live in your world, whereby people must PROVE their innocence in a court of law or they are guilty.
Maybe in your eyes, but not the Jurisprudence that exists in the USA.
Must be a Canadian thing, eh??
I thought the implication was pretty clear that Mueller thought there was enough evidence but couldn't charge the President. Does that mean he's guilty? No. Is that impeachable? Probably not IMO. But it sure does sound like the Oaf in Chief really stepped in it.
