Dang for three days I've checked in on the Political forum.....certainly there must be some lively debate.....SC nomination hearings....Obamacare being rammed through congress....surtax on the rich. But no, it the thread from hell that just won't seem to go away that has degenerated into a food fight near as I tell.

Today at a town hall meeting when asked how private companies could compete with a government program Obama's response was:

"UPS and FedEx are doing just fine. It's the Post Office that's always having problems"

So what your saying is the private, non-union competition runs circles around government run Post? Buddy, your teleprompter is just shaking its head in the corner.

I guess this has become all the rage among the MSM, Columnist Clarence Page does a little fact checking into the SNL Obama skit. I like Clarence Page and always enjoy reading his column although I might not necessarily agree with him, his apologist stance seems out of character to me.

I am far from a Palin Apologist, but has there ever in the history of media been a time when the news has given the platform to a disgruntled teenage ex-boyfriend of a politicians daughter so he can spread his innuendo(on his press tour for his Playgirl spread no less).....and then called it news. There are plenty of things to pick on Palin for, this is just gross.

Interesting that the reason we (the electorate) don't support Health Care is because were angry at Bush, Angry because were a bunch of teabagers, are stupid enough to buy into Palins death panels, and just don't know whats in the bill (he has a point there, the bill has been pushed through under the cloak of darkness). Not an ounce of introspection that he Reid and Pelosi have attempted to push this through in a way that has lost the faith of a large portion of the American people along the way.

My last question would be if last night was not a mandate and was simply anger fueled by the last eight years, just like your election, why in the heck did you assume your election was the will of the people mandating you to rebuild large chunks of the US in your image. Sheeesh.

With the release of the Presidents Health Care proposal, it looks like the President is fully prepared to play a game of Chicken with the Republicans and the American people......sign on to my plan or we will jam through using parliamentary rules not intended to pass major legislation. Since this makes This Thursday nothing more than a photo-op, should the Republicans continue with the Charade?

Before anyone kills me, yes I know it's FoxNews, but with one of there most Mild mannered personalities, Brett Baier, it seems Obama gets pretty annoyed at having to answer tough questions on HC. In addition I find it strange that BO can't definitively say what's in the bill, and did Hawaii have an earthquake that I'm not aware of?
