Aside from being an interesting read, what do you think about this article?

The heading titles:

"9/11 cover-up"
"Spiraling defense spending"
"Guns vs Butter"
"Military spending creates unemployment"
"The Big Lie"

Is there anything in this article with which you disagree?

I agree with your subject title: Obama=Bush. But, I would add that McCain=Bush and therefore Obama=McCain.
Regardless of who wins the election, the Federal government will still be Corporate America's beeyotch, will continue to drive the country into crippling debt, and will fail to bring Al Qaida to justice.

I know that the Geological Survey of Canada is conducting experiments to try to capture this methane as a new energy source, but they are not there yet. That some of the methane is being released too quickly to be absorbed by the oceans is a scary thought. Chinese stalagmite suggest anthropogenic forcing

Stalagmites are powerful paleoclimatic archives because they can be sampled at very high resolution and can be dated very precisely.

In the newest issue of Science, Chinese and American researchers show that the strength of the Asian monsoon correlates closely to solar activity for most of the last 1800 years, but the correlation breaks down in the last few decades. The authors write:

"The sign of the correlation between the AM and temperature switches around 1960, suggesting that anthropogenic forcing superseded
natural forcing as the major driver of AM changes in the late 20th century."
