So Obama got his pictures and no sound bites. But why was Biden there? This had been billed by the White House as "This is three folks having a drink at the end of the day." Can't they count or what? Obama has still not apologized so IMO I hope this story is kept alive for a little longer. I would hope that the teachable moment is for him to keep his nose out of things until he actually has some facts.

Congress is now in summer break. There has been success in stopping Obama from cramming through a socialized health care proposal that he said he wanted passed by both houses before today. While that is good news, the left intends to continue to push their extreme agenda once they return. Now, this congressional summer break, is the time to become VERY active and to do all that you can legally do to push your representatives to stop Obama and his policies. Obamacare can be defeated. The achilles heel of this socialist policy is the cost. Now that the Dems have spent all of the money that we and future generations have or will have, we cannot afford the nearly trillion dollars more that Obama and Pelosi want to waste destroying our health care system. The simple fact is that the nonpartisan CBO has already spoken. None of the Dems policies actually stop or slow the cost of health care. Obama's lies about being able to keep your doctor were uncovered. 1000 pages of legislation included tricks on the people. The plan being pushed by the left said that insurance companies could not enroll new members after the legislation is passed into law. Now we all know that the left will continue to rework the plan as it goes through the process, but we also know that based on our experience with Obama and Pelosi in the stimulus bill, and cap and trade, as well as the early drafts of this health care plan that they will write a monster bill, hide tricks to damage the country while enriching leftists, and push it through in the middle of the night. Obama came in with only his record as community organizer and 20 year student of Wright. He now has a domestic and international record that we can use to validly judge him with. Based on what he has done so far and the tactics that he has used, we need to oppose him on this health care scheme with all legal methods at our disposal.

Therefore, I encourage all of those who disagree with the direction Obama, Pelosi and the other Dems are taking this country to become very active during this congressional summer break. It is during this period that our representatives are out there getting feedback from the people to use as they make decisions when they return to Washington. Many of them will be at state and country fares. They will be making speeches in your area. It takes just a little effort from the people and we can make a difference. Hopefully we can stop or kill Obama's liberal and socialist policies before they are enacted. Otherwise we can only hope that these liberal and socialist policies will fail miserably and surely so that no one ever attempts them again in the future.

It is not surprising that people will come out to get free cash from the government. So the Dem's Cash for Clunkers scheme has obviously been successful. There was enough cash offered to make it worth people's time so they have been showing up in droves. What is also not surprising is that the liberal scheme includes enough strings and rules that its implementation has been a mess.

As usual there are many unintended consequences. This lib scheme also demonstrates that if Obama and the other Dems really were interested in stimulating the economy with all of the money they took from generations to come, that they would have done as many conservatives suggested by simply giving it to tax payers. If Obama would have just handed it out to those who pay taxes then the economy would arguably have already recovered. But as demonstrated by the Obama clunker scheme he was more interested in pushing a liberal agenda. As he and others in his Administration have said repeatedly, never let a good disaster go by without taking full advantage.

This is a relatively tiny lib scheme compared to what they intend to do to the health care industry. Just imagine how they will screw that up. It is inconceivable that Obama and the Dems pushing through legislation in the dead of night without debate will ever produce the results that pretend to want to attain.

Obama and the Dems have a track record after 6 months in office that demonstrates that they mismanage the economy and international relations, and yet the people have yet to demonstrate loud and long enough to get them to stop. This congressional summer break IS the time to make yourself heard by your representatives. Make sure that they know without a doubt that you will work to take their seat from them if they go along with Obama's liberal and socialist agenda. YOU can make a difference and stop the Obama madness.

Remember how the Obama Administration authorized the Air Force to fly a 747 low over New York, which predictably caused mayhem in the city and Obama ended up canning a sacrificial lamb as cover. Well the Air Force has just come out with a lot more pictures from the incident and Air Force transcripts of the incident. Now that is very open of the military. Somehow I doubt that the Obama Administration will be equally open and show his Administration scrambling to CYA and get as many polls run as quickly as possible so that Obama's handlers can know what to write on the teleprompter. Yes Obama promised a new era of openness. We just have not seen the era start yet. How liberal of them.

The elderly gave Obama an earful at the AARP meeting. They have been around long enough to have seen the charlatans come and go. Obama is not particularly bright and with his arrogance only fools the most feeble of elderly minds.

Obama will be slashing the Medicare budget and pushing the elderly into the grave with his required end-of-life planning sessions that are part of his proposed government take over of not only your health care, but also death care. How liberal of him.

Unless you want Obama and the libs to help plan the end of elderly families lives, now during the congressional summer break is your opportunity to make a difference. Get to your representatives and tell them to vote NO to all of Obama's extremist liberal and socialist schemes, or suffer the consequences at the polling place. Obama is a disaster whose policies you can help defeat.

Obama has specifically and directly said, along with some of the other libs, that there insurance companies should be able to continue to exist. They say that they just want a government plan so that there can be competition. THEY ARE FLAT LYING. Here is the evidence.

Have you seen that there are posters popping up across the country of Obama/Joker. This article talks about it in LA and at the end in Atlanta. I have read other stories where it is showing up in other cities. No one seems to know who is behind it. I wish I did so that I could get some up and put them up.

The revolt is country wide. The anger has not been louder and the people so upset since the 60's.

Join the revolt in your community against the disastrous liberal and socialist policies that Obama and the libs have been cramming down our throat. Now is the time for us all to get personally involved and do all that is legal to make sure that your representatives understand that they will lose their seats if they go along with Obama and Pelosi's destructive liberal and socialist policies.

As Obama and the Dems continue to take full advantage of a disaster by spending as much as they can as quickly as possible, revenues to the federal government are tumbling.

The recession is starving the government of tax revenue, just as the president and Congress are piling a major expansion of health care and other programs on the nation's plate and struggling to find money to pay the tab.

The numbers could hardly be more stark: Tax receipts are on pace to drop 18 percent this year, the biggest single-year decline since the Great Depression, while the federal deficit balloons to a record $1.8 trillion.

Just remember that this is just the start of the Obama spending spree. The CBO said that the full amount that the libs have spent in the end could reach $26 trillion. And that does not even include his destruction of the health care system. He has only been spending your descendant's money for 6 months. Now is the time to make your voice of disgust for the leftist and socialist policies. Congress is on summer break and out there talking to the voters. Find out where your representatives are and make sure that they understand that if they continue to go along with the Obama madness you will do everything legal to help defeat them when they come up for reelection.

Obama certainly has made a bad situation into a disaster. Do not worry though because Obama and the Dems are here to take full advantage of it.
