noise reduction using PaintShop Pro 9

STL-11000 color first light

This is my first light image from the new SBIG STL-11000CM one shot color camera owned by Three Rivers Foundation ( http://www.3rf.org/ ). It is a combination of six eight minute exposures combined in ImagesPlus. I used my Takahashi FS152 @f/8 and Losmandy G11 mount. This camera is a dream to use and works very well autoguiding the G11.

Jupiter and Io

This image is of Jupiter where Io is just starting a transit. The "Great Pink Spot" is also visible just before disappearing over the limb.
