Home made Alt-azimuth mount head

Hello All.

Looking for an alt-azimuth mount head for my cinder block pier for my 6" f5 refractor.
A member here mentioned that;  "Someone here on Astromart makes/sells a good one but I can't remember his name."
If that person gets this message could you send me a note.

Cinderblock Pier?

I've seen several piers build of 8x8x16" cinderblocks.   Some are simply connected with concrete adhesive and some being bolted as well.  
Have any of you used such a thing and if so .... can you share any problems you've encountered?
