Senior administration officials might be the words that were used. It would be better if Ukraine was given the credit for killing 7 Russian generals. The item I saw gave US intel credit for helping Ukraine kill them. Maybe Biden can stop this reporting on killing Russian generals. The Hill article I read was a few hours before the one you used. Here is the first couple of paragraphs.

Senior administration officials told the NY TIMES on Wednesday that the US has provided intelligence to Ukraine's armed forces and that it has been used to help kill Russian generals who have died during the country's ongoing war.
While not specifying how many have been killed thanks to US assistance, sources told the Times the information was part of a classified program that aims to help Ukrainians provide real-time intel.  Ukraine maintains that it has killed 12 Russian generals.
The Times reported that Ukraine officials have combined location details from the US plus their own intel to conduct strikes that has helped kill members of the Russian forces.

My reaction to this article is very reasonable. When senior administration officials tell the media what the departments have accomplished they want people to know how well they are doing. It sounds like they are accomplishing their goals.
I also think they should not discuss this. Which is another reasonable position. 

Your post was less reasonable than usual.

And now reports we gave Ukraine intel before a Russian warship was sunk. NSA's Sullivan saying it was a big blow to Russian prestige. GREAT DIPLOMACY!!

We should kill Russians and destroy their equipment. But it is better to not take any credit. And better to not talk about it.

Lol! Nowhere does anything in the above or elsewhere in your thread equate to the title you came up with to describe a reported disclosure of US intel that the Ukrainians have used to target Russian generals.

In it you see this: “The United States provides battlefield intelligence to help Ukraine defend their country,” Kirby said. “We do not provide intelligence on the location of senior military leaders on the battlefield or participate in targeting decisions of the Ukrainian military.”
How the hell do you see that as "bragging"?

They are trying to walk it back some but the NYT has a page full of how they stand by their story. I might get to reprinting some of it.
You get a little edgy when people disagree with you. Why? You fall back on it must be something you thought you read or saw or dreamed or something. It is goofy you refuse to believe the Dems could be wrong!
You can't even accept the Dems made up a lot of Russian BS.  It would be huge if you could admit the two parties both lie like rugs.
An administration talking about their military successes might not seem like bragging to you but Putin is a real threat. We should kill and destroy with as little publicity as possible. IT IS COMMON SENSE.

How many people around you are as narrow-minded politically? The Dems do no wrong?

Somehow you do not realize how stupid your questions are.

After something is discussed here it has been "settled." As in "we have been over this before!"
