It was actually pretty sad when I first saw it, thinking "Good grief, nobody will even acknowledge the guy's presence". 

He grabbed Obama's shoulder and Obama acted like Biden wasn't even there.  Not one person looked at him when they were in their circles talking with each other.

Then I thought about how corrupt he is with his Biden Crime family, and my sympathy went out the window.
