New run of 900 mounts now available for ordering

Posted By Anthony Ayiomamitis
Really sweet seeing these incredible mounts being available with immediate delivery.

I waited two years for my position in the queue to be reached when I got the call in 2006 for my AP1200.

Hey Markus,

Out of curiosity, how heavy is it and how fast/slow are the optics? Any price range?

SH2-155 Cave Nebula

Rolando,

Very nice piece of work!

This particular DSO is very colourful ... please do consider getting LRGB data. wink

Oh yeah, also be on the lookout for the small piece of reflection nebulosity to the south of the "cave" itself (aka vdB 155).

Gorgeous result!

I must get an STL-11k for these larger DSO's and your result is one such great example.

Great set of photos. Feels like I was there myself.

There is no substitute for dark (and dry) skies!

Canon/Coronado interface

Robert,

I had a similar problem with my old SM60/BF10 with TeleVue Pronto.

The only solution was the acquisition of TeleVue's ZLA (Zero-Length Adapter) and which allowed me to gain sufficient in-focus so as to reach focus.

I think you will have more luck finding the ZLA on the Coronado site rather than TeleVue's.

It is quite cheap and, as such, it does not represent a large cash outlay.

Rolando,

Very sweet result!

What focal length do you have with the 7" refractor? Any possibility of going after it with your Mak-Cass (even if its only h-alpha)?

Anthony.
