The report concluded there was no political bias in the opening of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. It did find serious performance failures with how the FBI obtained the FISA applications, but it amounted to little more than mistakes and negligence.
In the end, neither side of the debate can claim a victory from the Horowitz report, and Richard is hardly speaking the truth. His ramblings get some facts wrong and leave out other essential elements of the story. And it's a complicated story. There is no way to summarize it neatly and come to a definitive conclusion, other than no one was ever charged criminally for opening the Crossfire Hurrican investigation. Bill Barr even opened a counter-investigation looking into the claim that politically biased Obama officials targetted Trump to prevent his election. This counter-investigation was quietly concluded and disbanded and did not find anything to even remotely suggest that Obama, or Biden, or anyone else targetted Trump.
The people responsible for the Crossfire Hurricane investigation are Trump and his cronies. They had inappropriate contact with Russians before, during, and after his election that led to the investigation. It is that simple.
Serious performance failures by the FBI obtaining the FISA applications? Just a coincidence the failures were against Trump? He left the door ajar and the Dems just could not control themselves? I was buried in Russia for years because of the Dems and their friends in the media.
Point out where Rich got his facts wrong and I will change my remark of, "Facts."
