Russians Bombing Nuclear Power Plants

Your position is goofy. Denying more and sooner would have helped. You are not helping the Dems.

After Trump's refusal more aid became even more important. Why don't you think they deserved more aid sooner?  Are you in the group that thinks we should let Putin control them? That group has some good arguments.

Most anybody would admit that having more weapons sooner would have helped Ukraine. But not Rod.

You are hung up on some blame game. I am not. I am making the simple argument that more arms sooner would have helped Ukraine.

How Far Is Putin Going?

I would be greatly relieved to find out he stopped in Eastern Ukraine.  Ukraine might not get much relief from that, though. They seem to be all about "no fly."

Gas Gas

If the Dems don't at the very least pretend they going to increase production most Dem candidates are sunk. The bit from the Obama administration that 9,000 leases have not been used will not help. Every time Sec. Granholm is shown having a giggle fest when asked about a plan to increase production might cost thousands of votes. The solutions given by politicians are worthless when compared to voters reaching into their pockets for an extra $20 or even two or three twenties every week or so.
Crazy numbers like $6 a gallon are possible.
Politicians have to know people can't pay this.

$4.17 per Gallon Nationwide

The Russia ban will raise the price. If the US drilled more than it ever has that will put some downward pressure on the price. True?
Cheap energy is the lifeblood of a good economy. That can be helped with drill, drill, and drill. In the future green energy will be cheaper. But is it now?

The industry claims the administration is being less than totally honest when repeating they are not holding the oil industry up.
They are required by law to sell the leases but there is much risk between getting the lease and the development necessary to discover any oil and gaining all the other approvals from the gov. that are needed for the final license. And from an administration that has said it does not want drilling there, makes development too risky.
Aside from the green problem, suppressing prices as much as possible could help the Putin problem.

It would take some bad circumstances before I would say we should produce less to buy more from Russia, Iran, and Venezuela! Sounds crazy.
