Biden's policy is worse. While Ukraines cry, "Do not buy Russian blood oil" we can remember Biden short-circuited the US shale energy revolution in favor of a green revolution. Putin could never thank him enough for the riches this put in Putin's pockets and the funding that made a war of this scale possible.
