This is probably a good opportunity for me to be better educated on the matter. If I put an item up for sale and shipped it to a buyer in Canada, does it cost me more to ship it there? Assuming I'm only accepting money orders, do I get paid in U.S. dollars, or do I have to deal with currency exchange?

I probably sound ignorant here, but if I know that it isn't any more of a hassle to ship to Canada, I wouldn't have a problem with it.

Another friend who was visiting him sent me an email mentioning it. I guess he noticed that it wasn't exactly in the middle of the tube, and it was of some concern to him. I don't know how far off it is. I figure it probably isn't that big of a deal, but I thought I would put the question to folks here who are more knowlegable.
