Promises promises

Not only did the community organizer candidate and the other Dems use this as just another issue to attack the President with, we got endless hyperbole here on this forum from the libs about how Bush was evil and anti-American. How typical of lib hypocrisy.

Health Care: Corporate Chutzpah

Posted By Jim Babcock

Why would anyone expect anything less than a hatchet job from a California lib rag like the LA Slimes? I could post links to Rush, Hannity and others who have a right leaning persuasion as a balance, but it would be fruitless since libs will condemn it as biased. How typically liberal.

So to answer a couple of the lib questions posted in the article.

Where do the companies expect people they layoff to get insurance?

It is not the place of businesses to care about the health care insurance of people who do not work for them. Duh. Only a stupid lib would believe otherwise.

It takes your breath away to see corporate leaders so brazenly placing profits before people's lives.

Get a grip on reality lib. The purpose of business is to make profits, not to be responsible for health care for people who do not work for them.

"The number of insured lives is going down as the recession drives layoffs in the commercial group of business," said Ken Goulet, CEO of WellPoint's commercial business division.

True. If the idiot in the White House did more than play golf and pall around with the likes of Aires and Wright, then the bad recession Obama turned into the worst recession since the great depression would have been over long ago. But instead he is staying his course of taking full political advantage of yet another disaster he created.

In typical lib double talk this article both identifies the millions who these corporations provide insurance to, and then acts like these same corporate leaders have not a clue about providing large scale health insurance. To the common lib, a community organizer from the streets of Chicago is the most brilliant and qualified person to say how things should work in this country. We have seen for a year now just what a stupid vote that the ones for the first black president were. His inexperience and Chicago politics are dangerous to this country.

Only unthinking libs believe that any variation of the public option is designed to do anything to improve health care. It is just a socialist lib scheme to gain more power. The more the government runs the country, the more libs love it. Libs love the idea of everyone being equally miserable. Since libs are miserable they hate the thought that there is anyone who is not as miserable of a human being as they are.

I am old enough to join and get spammed from them regularly, but will not join because of politics. I know of several people who were long time members who once the politics becam clear canceled their membership in protest.

Obamanomics marches on.

Contrast the lib economists' statements of today with what the same idiots said during the Bush Administration and you will note a distinct bias. When the economy was doing well these libs did their darnedest to talk down the economy in an attempt to damage consumer confidence. Now that the Joker is president and he has left devastation in his wake with Carter like unemployment, they are trying to paint lipstick on the pig to make it look better than it really is. Just another lesson in liberalism for thinking voters. We must remember these lessons about liberalism as we prepare for the next election.

Jail Time

Posted By Jim Babcock

Not only do you have to purchase health care or go to jail, under the scheme be prepared to shell out $15K. Socialist libs really do love to spend your money for you. Let us put this into perspective. If you have a healthy young family who is struggling to put food on the plates of your children and you maybe would spend $2K out of your pockets to pay for health care, you get the honor of paying an additional $13K to pay for everyone else. Of course employers will probably be forced to take this out of your salary so that you do not have the choice, or if you are stupid enough in a lib world to be self employed, you get to see the full load of liberalism on you negative bottom line. What the heck, you must be rich and after all businesses are here not to make profit but to pay for health care. O and by the way, some libs think that you owe it to purchase health insurance for people who do not even work for you. Yes liberalism is compassionate and libs care about the working and poor. 8O

According to the Congressional Budget Office the lowest cost family non-group plan under the Speaker’s bill would cost $15,000 in 2016.

Obama's reaction

Posted By Jim Babcock

http://www.nbcchicago.com/news/politics/A-Disconnected-President.html

Remember this article is from the leftist nbc in Obama's home town.

President Obama didn't wait long after Tuesday's devastating elections to give critics another reason to question his leadership, but this time the subject matter was more grim than a pair of governorships.

After news broke out of the shooting at the Fort Hood Army post in Texas, the nation watched in horror as the toll of dead and injured climbed. The White House was notified immediately and by late afternoon, word went out that the president would speak about the incident prior to a previously scheduled appearance. At about 5 p.m., cable stations went to the president. The situation called for not only his trademark eloquence, but also grace and perspective.

But instead of a somber chief executive offering reassuring words and expressions of sympathy and compassion, viewers saw a wildly disconnected and inappropriately light president making introductory remarks. At the event, a Tribal Nations Conference hosted by the Department of Interior's Bureau of Indian affairs, the president thanked various staffers and offered a "shout-out" to "Dr. Joe Medicine Crow -- that Congressional Medal of Honor winner." Three minutes in, the president spoke about the shooting, in measured and appropriate terms.

Only lemmings and idiots really believe that libs and Dems are the compassionate ones. Remember how the leftists shish kabobed Bush on 9/11 for his reaction. This is worse, and they have the nerve to try to defend this Howdy Doody. We get a new lesson daily from the leftists on the definition of lib.

Based on another thread, to libs your post must be over the line and you must repent to the exaulted One Howdy Doody. You are implying that those on the left may not be as critical of this murderer and as sincere in their support of the victim's families as conservatives. How dare you use the words of libs to demonstrate lib philosophy. We all know that libs are open minded, and compassionate, while conservatives are racists and hate mongers. 8O We just all need to drink more blue koolaid and to get a lobadomy so that we can all think like libs.

Unexpectedly

Posted By Jim Babcock

You need to drink blue Kool-aid to understand the spin word unexpectedly. When an extremist lib and his comrades are in complete control of the govenment, then the assumption of their propaganda wing (known as the main stream media) is that we are in nirvana. When you live in lib nirvana, any news that is not glowing is unexpected, especially after the libs have been in control for so long. It becomes more difficult by the day for statements by libs that the current situation is the fault of the previous administration or anyone else for that matter. It is the other side of the coin that we saw from the MSM for the previous 8 years, it was unexpected by them whenever anything went right. These leftist "journalists" searched high and low to find negative things to report on and to blame on Bush, and when they could not find anything real, lib reporters like Rather had no problem just making stuff up. It is just SOP for libs and we need to make sure that voters know this before they pull the lever the next time.

Yet another lib nirvana type country imposes its typical liberalism on its lemming populous.

The Dutch government said Friday it wants to introduce a "green" road tax by the kilometre from 2012 aimed at cutting carbon dioxide emissions by 10 percent and halving congestion.

If libs continue its insanity, this is yet another lib scheme coming to a city to you.
