No, this is video of times he looks and sounds very bad. Your eyes and ears allow you to judge. What the doc is saying will not make it look and sound better, period. You would agree if you watched them.

I think the public is being abused with some hype. I should check so I am not making a fool of myself but hollow points are much more destructive to people and militaries are not allowed to use them, I think. A full metal jacket is more likely to pass through somebody causing much less damage than a hollow point which will mushroom to maybe double the diameter and dump all of it's energy in a shorter travel through flesh.Originally Posted by Rod Kaufman

If a person was hiding behind a barricade then the FMJ is more likely to penetrate the barricade and damage the person. But that is considered a less likely scenario.
Also, an ER doc told me the bits of metal the hollow point can break into are difficult to remove from flesh.
