The Dems want this to be the biggest political event in our lifetimes. An attempt to overthrow the government! The largest attempt since the civil war!
But it doesn't matter how or how many times you talk about it, almost no Republicans see it as an attempt to overthrow the government! They are much more likely to see it as Dem BS. And the more often it is hyped by the Dems, the more often it will be seen as Dem BS.

Trump voters don't get the news? It is people like you that hide in your cocoon insulated from all but your narrow perspective of news that can't see a larger picture.
Look at the breakdown of law and order in the cities.
How many of these city people with guns shooting each other in their every day shooting galleries are Trump voters? 10%? 5%?
In San Francisco breaking into cars is redistribution rather than criminal acts. A mayor said the taking over of parts of Seattle is just part of a summer of love. If some of the 1619 Project believe looting is not violence, then crime is no longer crime.
Progressives have damaged deterrence with a year of anti-police venom.
Big city cops weigh cost-to-benefit and going into the inner city is lose/lose/lose. A 911 call can get an officer killed, injured, fired, suspended, imprisoned, or rendered a fool as the arrested are let go. Yeah, sure, let progressives handle crime.
