Northern CA should be the 51st state. Culturally, southern CA is more similar to Mexico anyway.

I understand the companies point of view, but I don't believe a religious object has to be mentioned in the core religious texts of any religion to be considered a protected religious expression. In this specific case the hiring managers notes indicated they did not hire her specifically because of her hijab.
Everyone has their own personal line of tolerance I suppose, but, frankly, I find that not hiring someone based on such a shallow thing as a single piece of clothing is pretty ridiculous. If the company has a policy against jewelry and I want to wear a cross around my neck I might have a similar issue with their policy if that was the eliminating factor.

Megyn Kelly is an accomplished journalist. Donald Trump is a Republican pretender that should be chased out of the GOP primary. All he does is attack fellow Republicans with hardly a negative word for our Democrat opponents and it is getting really old. This really is a nightmare for the GOP.

Politicians tell voters like you what they want to hear; a simple, clear solution. The problem is the middle east is full of complex contradictions that need to be navigated.
The same goes for political extremists like the tea party. They want people who will "fight" the President more, but ideological battles are more often won through long-term strategy and attrition than anything else. Sometimes we have to accept small victories.
