Regardless of your "facts," the Trump administration admitted they deported him illegally. Courts have demanded his return because he was mistreated. It seems pretty clear he was denied his due process, and that's the real injustice.

The latest reports indicate that Trump's recent reversal on tariffs on China was driven by a warning from powerful retail CEOs, including those from Home Depot,  Target, and Walmart, who warned that without a serious reversal, they would all have empty shelves in two weeks. Also, container shipping traffic has already dropped drastically due to importers cancelling orders. I highly doubt the reversal has been made soon enough to prevent all shortages. It will take months to get the goods flowing again.
