Health Insurance Update

Posted By Jim Babcock

Libs love to speak about the evil righties who want to deny coverage to citizens. With their health care bill they have told us how they are so compassionate and unless we provide unlimited coverage to anyone who happens to be in the borders free of charge we are part of some far right wing conspiracy designed to only benefit large insurance companies. Well, with that in mind, it would not be surprising to learn that there is a section of the current bill working it way through the process called "No lifetime or annual limits." But in bizzaro lib land guess what these slimy lying libs have hidden away in their plan of devastation and control?

As currently written, the Senate Democratic health care bill would permit insurance companies to place annual limits on the dollar value of medical care, as long as those limits are not "unreasonable." The bill does not define what level of limits would be allowable, delegating that task to administration officials [aka lib lackeys] .

A loophole in the Senate health care bill would let insurers place annual dollar limits on medical care for people struggling with costly illnesses such as cancer, prompting a rebuke from patient advocates.

In typical lib style there is no lib willing to stand up and admit that they have added this language.

"We don't know who put it in, or why it was put in," said Stephen Finan, a policy expert with the cancer society's advocacy affiliate.

So in other words, this whole lib game with a our lives is all about simply taking control and power. They are not actually going to fix anything. They will take control away from you and your doctor and give it to a nanny government bureaucrat. How typically liberal, they manufacture a disaster, and then step in to take full advantage of it.

List

Libs think that their idiot president is being picked on. These leftists seem to think everyone has a short memory. Here is an article from 2007 that includes a partial list of things the loony leftist blamed on Bush. They are all attributed. By comparison the idiot Obama has been treated quite well. I have yet to see people making money selling t-shirts and other paraphernalia trying to insight crazies to murder Obama the way libs were so proud of doing about Bush. I remember here on this very forum libs discussing the techniques they would use to kill Bush. Now that is compassionate liberalism at its core. Here is an excerpt and they hyperlink.

1. Hurricanes Katrina, Isabel, Charley, Frances, and Ivan;

2. Earthquake in Bam, Iran;

3. Tsunami in Indonesia;

4. The death of Pope John Paul II;

5. London bombings;

6. The West Virginia mine disaster;

7. Global warming;

8. Flu vaccine shortage;

9. The blackouts in 2003;

10. The death of a police officer in the Presidential motorcade;

11. Rising gas prices (but not falling gas prices - well, unless he’s dropping them to win an election).

12. and the Space Shuttle Columbia explosion (thanks to Larry for reminding us).

And there are some kook libs who say the right are extremists and believe in conspiracy theories. 8O

Hope and change

Posted By Jim Babcock

When Obama took office some of us said that we hoped his lib policies would fail very surely and publicly. Of course libs were incensed that there was a person on this planet who could conceive of being against this extremists socialist policies. Now just short of a year since the election, this guy and his destructive policies have been shown to be an utter public failure.

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB126100346902694549.html?mod=WSJ_hpp_LEFTTopStories

For Mr. Obama, who has relied on his personal popularity to retain the clout he needs to enact his legislative agenda, the survey pointed to troubling signs.

A majority for the first time disapproved of his handling of the economy. And the public's personal affection for the president, a consistent strong suit, has begun to fray. Fifty percent now feel positive about him, six points lower than in October and an 18-point drop since his early weeks in office.

Democrats' troubles can be attributed in part to changing feelings among some core supporters. A third of voters 34 and under, a group that turned out heavily for Democrats last year, feel negative toward the Democratic Party. And just 38% of Hispanics feel positive, down sharply from the 60% in February.

With a failed lib presidency even in political forums like this one, libs have mostly disappeared. They were so energized with their hate of Bush for 8 years, and were euphoric at the election of this "historic" president. Now that the public has learned the truth about libs and their devastating policies, libs are hiding out since it is impossible for them to credibly defend the constant failures of their philosophy put into action.

Until a bunch of these extremists are sent home so that grown ups can run the country for awhile, we cannot let our guard down. We should expect the Chicago machine to go into action soon with their dirty trick squads and jackboots in an attempt to keep the leftists in charge. NOTHING is beyond what libs will do to take and keep power. It is about the only core belief of a lib.

Where are the hope and change now libs? Had enough yet? The people have learned that libs hope is worthless, and they want a change for lib policies and politicians. We can only hope that we will get a positive change in the next time election cycles. ANYTHING has to be better that this failed president and his stupid lib policies.

Rock star

When the rest of the warmers arrive will Obama or any of the others be cheered so wildly? Obama will have to do something. He is in direct competition to see which leader is better at destroying and socializing their country. We will have to stay tuned to see what lib idea Obama drops on us to stay competitive with his comrade.

A teachable moment.

What is this about Obama wanting to invite people out for a beer? How does beer fit in with Obama's highest priority, heath care?

Anyway it looks like Obama is trying to look like a real guy by offering beer in private meetings with guys. I always saw he would prefer a more of foo foo ladies limp wristed type of drink. We saw his girlie attempt at throwing a baseball. I am sure that he would love the little umbrella as long as it matches his outfit and shoes. wink

Questions about Obama's gayness have been out there for a long time. He should just embrace his gay feminist side. He is a lib and should be proud of it. He would certainly get more support from some of his base if he would just proudly come out of the closet. wink

The recession is over!

Posted By Jim Babcock

Obama and the libs cannot let the recession to be over because they have not taken full advantage of it. There are still people who have jobs. There are so many industries for them to take over and so little time. Obama has not taken ALL of the money from the people YET. We still have some of our liberty and freedom. They still want to create millions more jobs that last on average a week so that they can declare "Mission Accomplished" over and over.

Joker

Posted By Jim Babcock

This is getting to be like the "Kill Bush" phenomena, but not as potentially deadly. You can now get all kinds of Obama Joker stuff:

http://www.zazzle.com/joker+obama+gifts

Of course the libs are up in arms. They hate having these pictures out there. After the crap they did against Bush for 8 years, this is mild. They need to learn to take a joke. smile

Tax revenue

Posted By Jim Babcock

Actually I read an article where the VP tried to justify spending even more in order to get out of debt. How liberal of him.

Re: Ugly Numbers

OTOH it wouldn't take many tax hikes before an irresistable 'throw the bums out' wave would sweep the nation?

I do not think that it will take any tax hikes. The people are seeing the devastation that occurs when the Dems run the entire government. With congress out for summer break, the people are giving them an earful. One of two things will happen, when they get back the representatives will stop Obama's madness or their will be a revolt that results in Dems losing control.

Libs have long orchestrated protests and marches. Obama's madness has finally awaken the masses and the libs have not a clue what to do about it. They are using their lib controlled media to try to make the protesters look bad, but that just demonstrates their lack of understanding that they and Obama have created with their devastating policies.

While the congress is out for recess, it is important for citizens to make their anger at the Obama madness to be heard. Make sure that your representatives understand that they will lose their seat if they continue to support Obama's crazy liberal and socialist policies.

Major Diplomatic Victory for Obama

Posted By Jim Babcock

Knowing how liberal McCain is he probably would have sent Clinton as well. If it were a diplomatic trip to Mexico, then Bush would be a better choice.
