Anybody knows where to find these adaptors?

I've been referred to the Webcaddy Website (in Australia?), but it seems to be down... anybody knows of another source for these or anything similar?

I'm trying to get an "already made" adaptor for a Webcam, instead of cooking myself one...

I have the adapter and it works great. Be careful not to cross-thread the adapter to the camera.
