I reshot two hours of the Rosette Nebula last night before the clouds rolled in. Unfortunately, I started the exposures and did not look at them until today and it looks like there was a tracking issue. Oh well, it'll come up again smile

FSQ-106, ST-10 and Astrodon 6nm Ha filter.

hi,

Great image ... I love the nuances that gray scale Halpha imageing shows. LRGB is great but doesn't show this amount of detail.

That's one beautiful shot Cal!
I can see small tracking issues, as you mentioned, but they are so small it is almost a non-issue. Your shot sure does look great!
