NGC4945

Hi all

This is a shot of a Centurian Galaxy NGC4945 which I took a couple of nights ago.
Exposure time was 60sec x 60 and was shot through my C11 @ f/3.3 using my SXV-H9C.
Conditions were not the best again but thats life.

Again, very good.

What mount are you using? I take it they are unguided shots as a little bit of star trailing showing.

By the way there is a technique to correct that using photoshop that Roland Christen posted here a few months ago.

Excellent detail, Louie. Going unguided with the focal length of a C11 is not for the faint of heart.
You're going to love working with guided data once you get that set up.
Your image does have a decided green cast, though. It cleans up nicely with a simple color balance.

That's a fine effort you've made.
Feel free to post a higher kb image the next time you post. Most people post in the 200-300 kb range.
