IC 1311 in Cygnus

Spent three nights at the cottage/observatory and only got 3 hours worth of data...doh! Anyway, this is 2 hours worth of IC 1311 in Cygnus. Needs more data, slightly imperfect tracking but an interesting shot nevertheless. Lots of nebulosity and a cluster to boot. Object selected and framed using world wide telescope, which is a fantastic piece of freeware.

Comments and suggestions for improvement are always welcome and appreciated.

Cheers,

Jeff

Yes, lots of good stuff in there. Add more time, color, Ha, etc...

One hour/night? I have done much worse!

Image looks like it has a good start Jeff - nice one. This is indeed a rich area. An H-Alpha filtered set of exposures would be a nice addition in the data.
