Sorry if this is the wrong forum but I thought those that are discussing the production of these great pics would be a good place to ask.
I'm new to Astro, just bought my newbie scope, a Celestron/vixen c80; so I'm nowhere ready to start deep sky observation or photo just yet. That has not dampened my appreciation for the work you all are doing and I would love to have some it exploded across the walls to carry me through the daylight hours.
First question: I assume these photo's are copywritten ( at least through common law) so is it possible to get approval to print these without significant cost? My use is strictly for personal appreciation, no intent to profit.
Second Q: Is it possible or how to produce large format prints of the deep sky photo's and keep the high resolution these deserve?
