Who's really greedy.

Envy -

A feeling of discontent and resentment aroused by and in conjunction with desire for the possessions or qualities of another.

Greed -

An excessive desire to acquire or possess more than what one needs or DESERVES, especially with respect to material wealth.

By definition , It could be said the poor get exactly what they deserve when they produce nothing and get nothing.
So, by definition the poor who get subsidised housing, medicine, food, education, are all..........greedy.

Andrew, your theory is overly simple. I've been wealthy and I've been poor. Envy had little to do with the former, and greed little to do with the latter. Keep workin on it.

(i wasn't going to answer this troll, but it's been bugging me..)

So what you're really saying is that the it's the poor's fault that they are poor, right?

Shades of John Calvin...

If you wonder that the rich are so hated, perhaps it's really that in this nation, the hated ones are the poor.

So, why this contempt for those less fortunate?
