Recommendations for books on cosmology?

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in recommendations regarding current, well-written books on cosmology. Seems the residents of AstroMart are the best group to ask.
I'm also interested in opinions regarding the quality of astronomy-related magazines out there...I'd imagine that some are more observation-oriented and some more cosmological in nature...I'm specially interested in the latter.

Thanks,
Tony

Anthony, IMO, the best book I've come across on the subject is "Cosmology" by Edward Harrison. I read it many years ago, back in the '80s, I believe & it's just been revised, sometime since 2000. I really need to break down & get a copy for my library. Request a copy from the library, if you don't want to buy new or used. It's a bit expensive. Sincerely, Mr. Darian Rachal
