Why don't people look through the wanted ads

before posting a for sale ad? I need to vent and figured this might be the place to so do. If there's another forum for extremely exhausted, under a tremendous amount of pressure at work, bickering with the wife, just saw an item be sold after having posted multiple want ads here, about to explode from frustration people, please let me know.

I can afford the used price of this particular item. New I cannot. It's a shame swearing isn't allowed on this forum because there is a stream of obscenities I'd feel much better unleashing.

Some folks here are very persistent and repost daily. I sure hope that one guy finds the eyepieces he's seeking since forever. I almost feel sorry for him.

I responded to a few "wanted" posts and after doing that , I decided that to avoid any "buyer's market" pressure from only one buyer in that situation, I would never do it again. If I see a "wanted" post for an item I want to sell, I will post a "for sale" post and let all interested buyers have an equal opportunity to meet my price.
