NAACP is complaining that the entry tests for elite NY high schools discriminate against black and latinos because so few make it in.
Yes, it does discriminate - against under qualified and underachieving students of all races and ethnic origins. This same BS argument has been used for SAT/ACT tests and entrance exams for universities. Yet the NAACP doesn't mention that Indian and Asiatic students seem to be well represented and don't cry foul. The NAACP stated things like attendance 8O , grades and recommendations of teachers should be used as criteria.
Add to that the whining about voter registration and voting requirements. The NAACP and their ilk keep perpetuating a victim mentality.
